By focusing on better hiring practices, we were able to partner with human resources to manage risk from unqualified personnel. We pushed to get the insurance carrier to perform and provide more risk management services – resulting in 16 visits last year vs. the 6 from the year before. We held claims meetings to make sure reserves were being set appropriately and that the management of the claim was fair.

The overall experience the client had with us was one of increased engagement that helped keep claims costs down and resulted in an overall 14% rate decrease on their insurance costs.
